Holly Lepage - Babies & Barbells Crossfit

While pregnant with my son in 2021 I realized that even with my years of coaching Crossfit there is very little accurate information on how to support active women through the seasons of pregnancy and postpartum. We deserve more guidance than "don't lift over 15lbs" or "just keep doing what you've always done" - sound familiar? The answers lie somewhere in the messy middle and my goal is to help you find what's most appropriate for you during these huge seasons of transformation. 

 This class is perfect for Moms who are between 2 months and 1 year postpartum who are looking to get back to (or start) their fitness journey in a baby friendly environment. Workouts focus on rebuilding strength after birth so you can enjoy a lifetime of athleticism while protecting your core and pelvic floor, classes are suitable for ALL fitness levels and are currently being held at Crossfit Barrie.
